I got the room I expected and had a great time with excellent service and well-presented food in a wonderful location by the sea.

the location was great and unbeatable in a very quite area, next to the beautiful center, the old centre and all the tropea shops. also, it was at a moderate distance from lido blanca beach.

The stay was fairly nice. Truly enjoyed the place, it was great value and worked for me. The location was particularly good and incredible, in downtown with easy access to a local market and local markets. Found time to see Centro Storico Tropea, that's relatively near the property. The whole staff was helpful and very attentive.

Food was good but menu not very extensive or varied . Main complaint mattress on bed extremely hard making for uncomfortable nights sleep

Great location, and our room was tidy, good value. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Seventy Five, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel...
Our bed was hard.

We spent 7 days in a triple room with a balcony and oversized terrace. the service was excellent, with an early check-in. - the hotel's location in Tropea was great, close to all the shops, the beautiful town center, and Tropea center.

Staff very good, parking free and breakfast included in price. Hotel in great location for walking and close to everything. Able to use reception computer to book our next accommodation.
Unable to connect our notebook to the internet provided by the hotel.

Rooms weren't the biggest but were clean and comfortable. Seems like all rooms have a balcony. Breakfast had a small but sufficient sample. Hotel is very close to the railway station and also to the beaches and old town. It is also close to the local markets and a few other local shops.
There is a laptop available for free internet use in the lobby but the wi-fi doesn't actually allow a working connection for your own personal devices.

Great location, in the heart of Venice, a few steps away from Piazza San Marco. Limited services, but everything at proximity. Nice staff, useful.
The beds could be more comfortable.

Is well located.
The guy at the reception was a bit weird, I dont think he could speak english at all, he didnt want to help us with the check out as we were leaving early in the morning, we had to ask for everything as he never provided any details as someone in a reception should... Hotel beds are incredibly unconfortable. Is an old hotel and could be an option to stay one night only.

The staff was confused with our booking and the room's price...

Very convenient location, at a walking distance to the center.
Rather unprofessional attitude on the part of the parking lot attendants. Having been allowed to park my car in the underground parking facility, I left my car keys at the reception in case of an emergency, as required. Later I was shocked when I found out that my car had been taken out and left unguarded directly on the street.
